The home’s common spaces are crafted for both shared connection and quiet moments. On the top level, the great room offers sweeping ocean views through large windows. The comfortably furnished living area is ideal for relaxing, whether watching TV or simply gazing out the windows at the beautiful ocean. A gas fireplace is provided to keep cozy during the cooler months of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is impressively equipped, with commercial-grade stove/ovens, so cooking for a group becomes part of the vacation fun, not the chore. Two dining areas nearby, one with stunning ocean views, ensure that your entire family can dine together. If outdoor dining with a view is preferred, step outside onto the deck, which features a large table with benches. The spacious upper deck is ideal for sipping morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean or while drinking a cold beverage in the afternoon as you watch the pelicans fly by.
On the home’s middle floor, the rec room provides entertainment, with a pool table, bar, and game table, giving everyone a space to unwind without disturbing quieter spaces. The rec room also offers deck access and a view of the ocean, offering the opportunity to step outside onto the covered deck to enjoy the breeze during any breaks in play. Screen the latest movies in the theater room on the ground floor. Snacks and drinks can be readily available in the nearby kitchenette.
Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the spacious poolside. The little ones in your group will love splashing in the kiddie pool. When a break from the sun is needed, the poolside cabana is waiting. The rest of the outdoor living spaces are just as thoughtful, including decks with both sun and shade, seating areas for lounging, and a picnic area near the grill for cookouts. Bedrooms have been designed for comfort and retreat. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the top floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. Three more ensuite bedrooms on the second floor each have a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. There is one additional bedroom on the second floor, which has a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common space. The final bedroom is on the ground floor and includes an ensuite bathroom.
Beyond the home, the Four Seasons resort-style community amenities include indoor and outdoor community pools, a fitness center, clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a seasonal trolley, and well-maintained paths. Duck’s attractions are nearby, including boutiques, restaurants, live music, and the soundside boardwalk, which offer leisurely afternoons.
