Malcolm, Chelsey and Ryan were very professional and friendly. Malcolm gave us some great suggestions for lunch and dinner in Duck. Thanks again for the outstanding service. "Loved the extra ice makers. Although the one in the game room didn’t work. Loved the game room although there was only one working pool stick. Loved the cabana 👍👍 awesome place to hangout and swim in the pool. The sonos speakers were great but it was almost to the end of the vacation when we realized they were labeled incorrectly. The cabana area was the “living room “. And the top deck was labeled the “pool”. Other than that the house was awesome and we LOVED the theater room although the Ethernet cable needs replacing, it is worn out. We had to jiggle it a couple times to get it to connect properly."
"Perfect fit for our family. The pool/outside cabana area was our hangout spot. The theatre room was amazing!! We just didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy everything this house has to offer; I guess we need to stay two weeks next year!"

"Loved the heated pool, hot tub, setup in the back yard. I like how the fence and surrounding area in the backyard blocked the wind so it felt like summer in the spring. The Ice makers were a plus!"
"Home was well equipped with anything we might need. Great location near the beach. Some of the negatives were that there was only one bathtub out of 6 full baths. There was no outside shower. House does not lend itself for large group gatherings. Main living area didn't work for as many people as the house can comfortably sleep. Having to climb steps every time you enter the house made arrival and departure difficult (as opposed to direct entrance on a lower level). We had one mobility impaired guest during the week and he had to go to the pool area to enter the house and take the elevator. Very cumbersome."
"The home was great, probably the best we ever rented at OBX. We only have two complaints. The pool was never cleaned all week. Also, there was a bit of a wasp problem. They appeared to be making a couple of nests. We were able to nail a few of them."
