Exciting updates for 2027: 'Whalecome Home' will officially welcome pets for the upcoming season!
Relax and unwind with an OBX vacation at “Whalecome Home!” This well-kept oceanside home is located in the popular Four Seasons Community in Duck. Enjoy time with family near the shore, as the beach is just a short walk away. In addition, there is a walking path accessible from the pool area that leads directly to Duck Village. Walk or bike into town for morning donuts or live music in the evening. The Four Seasons community pool and playground are located just across the street from the home.
The great room on the top level of the home is bright and open, the perfect place to make plans for the day. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the morning sunshine. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the living area and watch a TV show. The kitchen is as functional as it is attractive. There is ample counter space for meal preparation, and two dishwashers help to make cleaning up a breeze. Enjoy a quick meal on the go at the countertop seating in the kitchen, or have everyone sit down to eat together in the nearby dining area. The loft offers additional seating and a table, perfect for spreading out puzzle pieces or sneaking away with a good book. There is a beverage refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker, so no need to wander too far for a cup of coffee or cold drink. A half bathroom is located on the top floor for convenience. One master bedroom, including a private bathroom, can be found on the third level.
The middle level consists of sleeping quarters. There are two master bedrooms each with the convenience of a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a semi-private bathroom. There is access to the spacious middle-level decks, including the screened porch. The ground floor is a mixture of bedrooms and common space. There are two bedrooms on the first level, as well as a full bathroom with handicap-friendly features. All exterior and interior doors on the ground floor are handicap-friendly. The game room features a pool table for a little friendly competition. There is a kitchenette nearby with a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, so snacks and drinks are readily available during breaks in play. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are also included on the ground floor.
Step outside for some fun in the sun! Make a splash in the private pool or simply bask in the sun on one of the attractive loungers. Head to the hot tub for a restorative soak at day’s end. The homeowners have updated and improved their home throughout the years based on guest feedback. Annual improvements are performed during each off-season to make sure your Outer Banks vacation experience is a memorable one. “Whalecome Home” will surely be your mindset after a stay at this wonderfully-appointed vacation home!
