This home is great for entertaining all ages, with separate living space on each level. The top floor is designed for spending time together in the wide open great room, dining room, and well-appointed kitchen. The middle level has a private den if you need some quiet time. The fun continues in the first floor rec room with a pool table and wet bar with full sized fridge for easy access to snacks and drinks. Doors open to a pool, charcoal grilling station and covered patio, where you can take a break from the sun and enjoy a soak in the shaded hot tub.
"Mellow Yellow" has many unique features. One of a kind custom décor can be found throughout the home. The pool area is lined with trees, giving guests privacy. The underdecking keeps the level 2 deck and level 1 patio dry, expanding the use of outdoor space on rainy days. Stay dry while swinging on the hammocks, relaxing on the couch swing, chilling in the hot tub or playing Dutch shuffleboard or tiki toss. The extra large front lawn has plenty of space for lawn games. Bring your badminton set, cornhole, bocce, soccer ball or croquet. And finally, the home is located in the award winning Four Seasons neighborhood which offers an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, children's playground, game room, fitness center, access to a sound side pier and trolley for those times when you are not up for a quick walk.
Walk to the beach to watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and walk to the sound to view the spectacular sunsets in the evening - it will be a vacation you won't forget!

"We were a group of 3 families that spent a week at Mellow Yellow. The home was very well furnished. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had lots of fun. The kitchen was GREAT!!! Since we stayed during COVID - we cooked alot. The appliances, pots, pans, glasses ect were of very good quality. The decks on the front of the house had a lot of use as well. Lots of outside areas to enjoy. I would recommend renting bikes as it was a good walk from the beach in the heat but having bikes made it easier. If we were to return to Duck, I would not hesitate to rent Mellow Yellow again."
