Doors open to a private saltwater pool, charcoal grilling station and covered patio, where you can take a break from the sun and enjoy a soak in the shaded hot tub.
"Mellow Yellow" has many unique features. One of a kind custom décor can be found throughout the home. The pool area is lined with trees, giving guests privacy. The underdecking keeps the level 2 deck and level 1 patio dry, expanding the use of outdoor space on rainy days. Stay dry while swinging on the hammocks, relaxing on the couch swing, chilling in the hot tub or playing Dutch shuffleboard or tiki toss. The extra large front lawn has plenty of space for lawn games. Bring your badminton set, cornhole, bocce, soccer ball or croquet.
