This home is great for entertaining all ages, with separate living space on each level. The top floor is designed for spending time together in the wide open great room, dining room, and well-appointed kitchen. The middle level has a private den if you need some quiet time. The fun continues in the first floor rec room with a pool table and wet bar with full sized fridge for easy access to snacks and drinks. Doors open to a private saltwater pool, charcoal grilling station and covered patio, where you can take a break from the sun and enjoy a soak in the shaded hot tub.
"Mellow Yellow" has many unique features. One of a kind custom décor can be found throughout the home. The pool area is lined with trees, giving guests privacy. The underdecking keeps the level 2 deck and level 1 patio dry, expanding the use of outdoor space on rainy days.
