Welcome to “Green Turtle II!” Located in the Four Seasons community of Duck, this oceanside home features seven bedrooms and fantastic amenities. This home is brimming with coastal charm and amenities to enhance your family vacation. On the top floor, sit back and relax in the spacious great room that has surround sound along with an entertainment center. The well-equipped kitchen includes two dishwashers, two ovens, and a countertop range. The dining area is also on this level and seats 12 comfortably with an additional four bar seats at the kitchen island.
The middle floor level is the main sleeping quarters. There are two, King master bedrooms and two, Queen master bedrooms. Just outside on this level, covered decks are available to enjoy the outdoors with shelter.
The bottom floor also has bedrooms! There is a Queen master bedroom, a master bedroom with two twin beds, and a master bedroom that features two bunk sets. Also on this level is a fun rec room that includes an entertainment center, a kitchenette with a wet bar, a refrigerator, and a microwave. A laundry room is available with two washers and dryers for guest use.
Outside, there is a patio with a private swimming pool and hot tub for guests. The outdoor kitchen is a great place to relax at the bar seating under the pergola, or cook on either of the gas or two charcoal grills. A sink is also available for a quick cleanup.
