"The location, pool, hot tub, parking and layout of the house was all very good for our family. There was plenty of privacy with all of the live oak trees surrounding the property. They didn’t impede any sunshine, but offered good separation from the adjacent houses. We had a really nice week long vacation!"

"The house is well maintained and cared for. We loved that the pool has steps in. The outdoor shower and covered car port area were helpful for preparing for and returning from the beach. The bedrooms are all good sized and the two large bath tubs were very helpful and fun for kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean."

"Nice, roomy home that’s approx 1400 ft walk to the beach. The home itself is in a wonderful gated community that is very convenient (walkable actually) to Duck. The home has lots of amenities, pool, hot tub, wifi, Kuerig coffee maker and tvs in every room. Big decks 2nd, 3rd floors overlooking hot tub, pool. Very comfy home. Final shout out to Twiddy. 1st time with this realtor and have to commend them on the ease with which the entire rental process was handled, from booking, occupancy, to departure. Pure simplicity. Outstanding! Best experience I’ve had the Outer Banks."

"Rented for two weeks and liked the house overall. Had several issues (ie- broken kitchen faucet that never got fixed, clogged bath tubs and sinks). I was very upset that Four Seasons playground by the beach is still down for “maintenance”, which was the same as summer 2020. May not rent four seasons next year. house was private though and we loved the pool."
"Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The owners have done a lot of work to ensure that the house is well appointed and is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of space to spread out and while we didn't use it, the pool area is spacious. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck!"
