This charming coastal retreat is nestled in the serene gated Four Seasons community, just a short stroll (or seasonal trolley ride) to the beach. This home blends together the best of both worlds, with the ocean breeze on your doorstep and Duck Village’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance.
Step inside and feel instantly at ease in the elegant, open-concept living spaces. The bright, vaulted-top great room boasts comfortable seating and large windows that invite natural light in. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and dual dishwashers to help with cleanup. Enjoy meals in the nearby dining area or at the kitchen counter barstools, or dine outdoors on the deck. The deck off the great room is also a great place to sip your morning coffee as you plan your day.
Up a short set of stairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Another bedroom has a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hallway. Up another short flight of stairs, you’ll find another master bedroom with a whirlpool tub in the private bathroom. The final three bedrooms can be found a half-flight of stairs down from the great room on the second floor. One bedroom is a master, with a private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom between them. There is an additional full bathroom on the ground floor of the home.
On the ground floor, the rec room is ideal for post-beach snacks or friendly foosball competitions with foosball. Refreshments can always be handy in the kitchenette, which features a full-size refrigerator.
Outside, your private paradise truly shines. Lounge by the private pool, or relax and unwind in the bubbling hot tub. A variety of seating options makes it easy to enjoy lunch by the pool, or to comfortably relax under the stars.
Beyond your home away from home, the Four Seasons community adds resort-style perks like indoor and outdoor community pools, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a playground, and scenic sidewalks winding toward the beach and Duck’s charming village. Duck Village’s seafood restaurants, ice cream shops, and boutique shopping are just minutes away.
