"We had a great vacation. The house was very convenient to the beach and to town. The house was very spacious and clean. Negatives, the exterior needs a little TLC. Pool deck is hard to walk on, top deck was dirty and had some screws exposed. Could also use an awning or umbrella for that evening sun. Kitchen cabinets could use a little TLC as well. House had everything you need even an ice machine, which unfortunately broke the day after we got there."
"The house was great. There were a few small issues that a trip to the store fixed. Wished the ice cube maker in the upstairs refrigerator worked. It’s quite a trip from the third floor to the bottom floor, where there was a large one to use. but we all enjoyed the house."
"We really enjoyed how spacious the home was for our large group of 15. We all had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. The pool outside was a big hit with the kids, and they also really enjoyed the community pool. We love that the community had so many amenities, including the gym and pools. It was also a short 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to downtown shops. We felt like we were right in the middle of the action."
"Lovely decor, plenty of comfortable seating and nice storage options. Bedroom floorplan was great for multiple families with children. Well-stocked kitchen. Loved the huge dining table and sturdy chairs. Spacious refrigerator was excellent. Very convenient access to beach path. Pool fence was excellent and easy to lock gates with our own locks for extra security."

"The home was charming and the location on the walk to the beach was a big plus. However, the window air conditioners upstairs and the back-up of one of the toilets was unfortunate. Twiddy did respond quickly to both problems but was unable to fix the central air."
"Great home and location. Driveway needs to be widened to fit more than 3 cars and the trees over the driveway trimmed as they scratched up one on the families new trucks."
