"We enjoyed our visit to Duck'n Work again this year. The owners seem to be good about updating the house and furnishings as needed. This year a new range (stove) was installed. We cook all our meals at the house during our week and having four burners that work is fantastic!!!"

"Duck'n Work's location to the beach access and Four Season's ammenities was ideal! Very close to all Duck has to offer! The open family room, dining room and kitchen was comfortable and allowed our families to enjoy many cocktails, meals and to have hours of relaxation together! Nice ocean views from the top deck too!"

"We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks since 1987, and this has been our favorite home ever! The location was perfect, the kitchen was great, the beds were very comfortable, the floor plan was ideal for a large family, the grill was great, the pool area was beautiful, and our favorite feature was the outside seating area upstairs which provided a beautiful setting for evening family time. Absolutely loved Duckin’ Work!"

The location is in the heart of Four Seasons and close to everything you’d need- especially with kids! We look forward to returning in 2024."

"PROS: Great layout, unusually comfortable beds and linens, top floor A/C excellent, kitchen decently outfitted, gas stove, nicely decorated, good Bluetooth audio and video equipment, no basement bedrooms, pool area is an excellent outdoor gathering place, gas grill hooked to house gas. Easy walk to the beach. CONS: Typical beach home issues: Cabana and entire wooden lower back of the house could use a pressure washing and a few repairs, several outdoor and indoor lights burned out, pictured charcoal grill rusted off its stand. Most important issue: the 1st & 2nd floor A/C not up to the job. Rooms were a little warm (and that's in late May). Would rent again."
