Get ready to take a bite out of the sweet life at “American Pie!” This bright and open home is conveniently located near a sidewalk with direct beach access and just a short walk from the community pool and playground in the upscale Four Seasons community in Duck.
As you step inside this coastal retreat, you will be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated great room, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen is a dream, with a spacious layout and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. You'll find two dining areas, one inside and one outside on the deck, perfect for enjoying your meals with friends and family. Play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle throughout your stay at the table in the loft. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a private bathroom.
On the middle floor, there are four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The final bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor. Your entire group will love the game room, which includes a wet bar with full size refrigerator, and flat-screen TV.
Outside, you'll find a private pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating for lounging and soaking up the sun. When you're ready to hit the beach, stroll along the Four Seasons sidewalk to reach the community beach walkway.

"American Pie was a perfect house for our three generations family vacation. The house is very well laid out with a beautiful great room for time together as well as lots of peaceful places for reading, enjoying the deck, or playing cards. One of our favorite parts was the "puzzle loft" where we could take turns working on our annual puzzle while still hanging out with everyone. The older grandchildren loved the bunk room and having a game space for themselves and the little ones loved being in a double twin bedroom near their parents. Our kids love to cook and the kitchen was stocked well beyond any vacation house we've stayed in before. The house is located just a few houses from the beach and it was great to take a walk to the beach each night and play in the waves. When we got back to the house, we used the foot bath and outdoor shower before jumping into the pool before bedtime. We slept very well in the comfortable beds and appreciated that every room had its own bathroom. The owners are clearly people who care about family and anticipated what is needed to turn a vacation house into a second home for a week or two. "We love the way the house is decorated. We love the size of the pool and the furniture around the pool The house location is great being on the sidewalk to get to town and the ocean. The bedrooms are good with comfortable beds.. Like the ice maker. One improvement needed for a bedroom is a ceiling fan for the bunk bedroom in the basement. Four teens in there at night with the door shut makes for a hot room no mater what setting the air conditioner is on.."
"Gas grill was great . Location to beach was super. Pool is nice but showing it’s age. Interior design was comfortable. Overall great. Wish we had a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and maybe some simple soaps until we got to the store."
