"We were trapped for almost the entire week indoors due to weather and we were really happy with the interior of this house - hardwood floors, lovely sofas, overall very “cottage chic” and tasteful . It was the least expensive home we’ve ever rented, yet the interior was more tasteful - even if small and simple - than other more expensive homes we’ve stayed in. It was also dog friendly yet was still lovely !we also loved the dog gate on the deck, and the amount of outside furniture…even if we weren’t able to be outside!"

"Excellent location, convenient to town and beach. WiFi router needs an upgrade (conked out several times during our stay, and needed to be reset - the first time we had to call somebody to help us), and the mattresses were very hard on the backs. Except for these issues, highly recommended."

"Lovely home, nicely decorated, beautiful yard, very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and downtown Duck which is very convenient. The large flat screen TV’s in every room were a plus. In the evenings we enjoyed watching on-demand movies and playing monopoly and other board games. Enjoying coffee and reading books on the deck with modern outdoor furniture was very relaxing although the house next door is under construction right now so the view is not the best. Also if you like seafood, I highly recommend Dockside N Duck Seafood Market but bring your own crackers and seafood cutlery. (Those in the house weren’t great) All in all we enjoyed our vacation very much!"
