How You Dune will have you and your family feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! This pet-friendly semi-oceanfront home in the Whalehead Beach community offers a prime location near Corolla attractions including shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach access lies just steps from the home, making it easy to make your way to the shore. At the home itself, you can take advantage of features like a large 14x30 private pool with a shallow area for kids, hot tub, outdoor cabana, elevator, theater room, rec room and much more.
The top level of the home welcomes you with bright, open and comfortable common areas. An elevator makes unpacking and unloading groceries a breeze. Preparing meals for a large group is an easy task in the large, well-stocked kitchen. Two islands offer plenty of counter space and additional bar seating. Enjoy meals together as a group in the spacious dining areas. After dinner, lounge together in the great room, watch a movie or play games in the theater room. Step out onto the deck in the morning to enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise and at night for cocktails while listening to the ocean sounds. The third floor also houses a half bath and a king master bedroom with attached bath. On the mid-level, five additional master bedrooms provide plenty of space and privacy for multi-family vacations. A newly renovated theater room is also on the mid-level which features theater style seating, surround sound stereo and a 75 inch screen - great for movies and video games. A recreation room with pool table gives the group another fun place to enjoy each others company--and some friendly competition! The first floor features an additional master plus two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Gather in the open den and easily access drinks and snacks in the wet bar complete with full-sized refrigerator. From here, step outside to enjoy everything the exterior of the home has to offer.
Spend sunny days lounging poolside or under the shaded cabana while little ones splash in the convenient shallow area. Enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower in one of two ceramic tile showers. A poolside hot tub is the perfect place to unwind in the evening and take in the beautiful OBX night sky. Enjoy frozen drinks at the outdoor bar under the tiki lights at night. Just outside of the pool gate lies a large lawn with a sand volleyball court for more family fun.
