"Location to the beach and it's location within Duck is perfect. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and two additional half baths is awesome! The decks with the top one partially covered is perfect. We loved the accessibility to the beach with the dune deck and stairs down to the sand. The amenities of the home were awesome! Multiple refrigerators and drink coolers, two ovens, two sinks and two islands in the kitchen made great space for cooking in. The shear amount of small items that the owners provided were amazing...toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, some spices, laundry pods and a great supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment was better than any other home that we've rented in the some 25+ homes!!!"

"Kiwi Magic is a very family friendly home with a beautiful view and great amenities! This is the second year we have stayed here and have already booked for next year. It is well kept and clean and couldn't believe that there were many things included - such as dishwasher pods, laundry pods, garbage bags, along with different sized food storage bags, plastic wrap and foil. It may seem like a small thing but it is immensely helpful when arriving with a large group. Just something you don't need to worry about."

"Pictures do not do justice for this home. Kiwi Magic was super clean and well stocked with all your needs. The views from this home simply mesmerizing. Having the heated pool in mid October was the cherry on top. I have stayed at a few homes in OBX but this home is amazing. Highly recommend this place for you vacation plans. When you walk on the top floor you will get what I’m saying about breath taking views. The living area is perfect and large enough for a big family. Outside seating both upstairs and down made it easy to just escape for a few minutes to enjoy the views. This house was thought about when built. It allows the family areas to show off the view instead of one particular bedroom being the place for a view. I will be renting for next October"

"It's large but very home like and comfortable, each day is a relaxing delight, to stay in or on the deck watching the ocean, or going out to one of the many different local attractions. The home features we love the most are the elevator, the large kitchen/dining area/living room with wall to wall windows for ocean watching. Bedrooms are very roomy, each with a TV. A wonderful place to vacation."

"Amazing location. Walkable to Duck Boardwalk. Easy access to dining, shopping and attractions. The house had great space for gathering. The kitchen had plenty of prep space with double island and sinks, 2 dishwashers, double oven and a microwave. Also, the lower level has a kitchenette with fridge, sink, additional dishwasher, and Keg-o-rator. A pool table, hot tub and private pool and elevator round out great amenities. The star of the house is the beach with private access. Our multi/generational family loved every minute we spent at Kiwi Magic"

"I loved the slow pace, watching the ocean 24/7, looking for dolphins, the comfortable bed, easy and open kitchen space for preparing meals, loved the use of the elevator for people on crutches and other medical issues, the 3 levels of bedrooms to sleep several family members, our favorite house to rent. Stunning views, fabulous location, clean and comfortable, many in-house entertainment options (hot tub, pool table, audio-video, even an office space/cave - wish we could have used the swimming pool), tons of natural light, great deck options, convenient boardwalk to beach (that doesn't give you splinters), nice consistent, bright and beachy decor throughout without going over the top, even a Tesla charger to get us ready for the trip home!"

"We stay at Kiwi Magic every year. The house has everything you need, the elevator helps my mom get up and down the steps. Without it, she wouldn't be able to come with us. She also loves the second floor flat walk out to the beach. The kitchen has all of the major appliances and the addition of the Keurig really helps early morning coffee fixes. The views are amazing with the sunrise and sunsets. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the furniture in the main living room as it has worn a bit over the years, especially the swivel chairs. And Mother Nature made it a little more difficult to get to the beach with the sand covering the steps but that was with every beach house there in our section."

"We have been renting OBX homes for over ten years and Kiwi Magic stands out for its thoughtful design and well-equipped amenities. Every floor feels roomy and open. Every bedroom has an ensuite bath, the kitchen is large and smartly laid out for multiple cooks to work while other can still relax at the counter bar. Glasses, plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. all in great abundance and in great shape. Incredible ocean views from many of the rooms, beautiful light-filled mornings on the main floor, roomy decks and plenty of seating both covered and open. Apparently Kiwi Magic had a full renovation around 2018 and it still feels brand new, the perfect setting for a perfect vacation."

"We loved Kiwi Magic! I have rented many homes and this rates at the top. Also offers a great location for easy access to stores & restaurants - by bike or car. Well appointed with extras in the kitchen with storage bags, trash bags, & dish detergent. We loved the layout with the kitchen table overlooking the ocean and easy access to the beach walk from the mid level. The bathrooms were well lighted and new. The entire house is fresh and welcoming. The little things like enough hooks in the bathrooms, plenty of hangers, luggage folding racks in the closets, big beach umbrella ( saved us from renting one!) & good beach chairs and garage access to store our bikes & golf clubs was great to have. We will be back next year!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kiwi Magic. We had a nice sunny week to start and didn’t mind a couple of rainy days at the end because we still felt like we were at the beach with the amazing views and dolphins playing in the ocean. The kitchen is larger than pictures show and the whole house really was well thought out and well stocked. We loved the pool deck to help keep our toddler entertained but still free to walk around outside. The outdoor table was amazing for family dinners while listening to the waves. We really could not say more about Kiwi and hope to visit again. It really was an amazing week with family after strict quarantining and everyone had their own space and we barely left the house."
