On the top level, the wall of windows in the great room allows maximum opportunities to enjoy the view of the ocean. Step out onto the partially-covered oceanfront deck for 180-degree views of the horizon. Enjoy breakfast at the dining table under the covered portion of the deck with a backdrop of the beautiful Outer Banks sunrise. The great room was truly designed for gathering, with multiple seating options, and a high-quality, 75-inch Samsung QLED QF8 TV. The entire home features a sophisticated sound system with zones controllable by a phone app. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a double oven, gas cooktop, large refrigerator, beverage cooler, microwave, and two dishwashers. Two islands and two deep sinks make meal preparation and clean up a breeze. Unloading groceries is made easier by the quiet, eco-friendly elevator that is raised by hydraulics and lowered by gravity. The elevator serves all three floors of the home, as well as the carport. There’s room for everyone to enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table, and there’s plenty of bar seating around the kitchen island. A loft off of the great room offers a quiet place to read or put a puzzle together. The top level is completed by a master bedroom, with its own private bathroom and deck, and a half bathroom.
The middle level of the home consists of four master bedrooms, a sitting area with a wet bar, a private office/study, and laundry facilities. Each of the master bedrooms has a private bathroom. After a long day outdoors, step out onto the covered deck to enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The middle-level deck also features a walkway that leads directly to the beach.
The lower level of the home was designed with fun and entertainment in mind. The game room features a pool table and a second 75-inch Samsung QLED QF8 TV. A wet bar with refrigerator and ice machine keep snacks and cold drinks nearby. A master bedroom, with a private bathroom, and a half bathroom complete the lower level. Walk outside to the pool area, which gives the feel of a private resort, to choose from multiple seating options in the sun or in the shade. Grill out and enjoy a meal poolside as the gas grill is located nearby.
Along with the elevator, other eco-friendly features found in the home include an electric car charging station in the garage, tankless water heating, all LED lighting, low flow toilets, heavy insulation, and sleek DC-Motor ceiling fans that are silent and use little power. Each bedroom in the home has a 40-inch TV, and there is a Netflix account for the home. Many of the TVs in the home include outlets for game players.
