"Love the location...close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. As a previous owner of the house next door I used to admire their back yard pool area. Yay finally got to use it! With the crazy wind at the beach on the first few days of vacation it was super nice to have the pool as an alternative...less wind and cozy. If you have pups this is the house for you. Nice spacious fenced yard and large upstairs living area. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding."

"This home is in a wonderful location in Duck and allows you to walk anywhere you want plus walk across the street to the beach. You can see the sun rise and the sunset over the sound from the deck. The house has anything you need to be comfortable including a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook."

We loved that the lot was large enough for a pool, volleyball net and basketball hoop, with plenty of room for our energetic dogs to play. We’ve already pre-reserved the same week for next year!"

"We have stayed at this home for several years now, and the proximity to the beach and view are great. The great room is very nice, the kitchen is older and small but adequate for our small family that eats out almost every night, and the yard is a blessing for our pups. My only complaint is that I wish there was a stairway leading directly to the back yard so I wouldn't have to go down all the steps and around to the gate while holding dogs on leashes. That probably says more about my anxious dogs than the house though."

"Nice home, bed was very comfortable. It was very pet friendly. Would not recommend using the washer and dryer as they are in a closet underneath the house. So you have to go up and down quite a few outside steps to wash your laundry."

"This home was great. Perfect getaway with the family and the dog. The fenced in backyard allowed us to stay outside and not worry about the dog running off. My only complaints are that the pool isn’t heated (minor) and the beds are SUPER uncomfortable (major). I would book again if they got new beds."
