Bring the entire family to enjoy a vacation at LabraDuck! This pet friendly home is just a short stroll from the ocean or shopping, dining and activities in the heart of Duck. This vacation spot provides all the comforts of home in a convenient location. In addition to all of the amenities the home provides, you’ll also have access to Duck Landing community amenities including tennis, an indoor pool and fitness center.
Relax and enjoy salty breezes from the spacious wrap-around decks which surround the home. Gather for a game of volleyball on the sand court. Cool off in the large, fenced-in 36’x16’ private pool. There is also a grassy area within the fence for your furry friends to roam while you splash around. Cook a barbeque dinner for the family on the grilling patio which lies just outside of the pool area. In the evening, gaze at the stars while soaking in the poolside hot tub.
On the top floor, spacious, open living and dining areas allow plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Prepare meals in the well-equipped and light-filled kitchen, then meet in the great room for games with the family. If billiards are more your speed, you’ll enjoy the first-floor recreation room with pool table.

We loved the neighborhood which is walking distance to the center of town, closeness to the beach, the decks that contained the kids, all of the extra blankets and bedding, the pool area and carpet on the steps which muffled the sound. "The home was well layed out, especially on the top floor. It was nice having the laundry room on the second floor where most of the bedrooms were located. The pool and hot tub area was nice with a fenced-in area. The cherry on top was that we were only a short walking distance from the beach. There was an added bonus of a clubhouse with an indoor pool, which the children enjoyed because of the cooler weather."

The house could use a better cleaning to remove some cobwebs, dust bunnies and build up in the jets in the master bathtub. We were disappointed in the indoor community pool not being heated."

The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked as it should. I loved the pet-friendly touches, like the raised water bowls and the Labrador-themed artwork.
