"Price was more than reasonable and very close to the beach. It was a nice option to run back to the condo from the beach to grab anything we forgot to pack or just needed. Only two issues that weren't anything that Twiddy and Co or the homeowner could have prevented, didn't look close enough at the description and we didn't pack linens which we had to buy and someone stole one of our nicer beach chairs that we had left on the deck by the entrance."

"This unit was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, great view (especially being an end unit). Not sure why Colony by the Sea makes people who have to climb the most stairs park the farthest away, but that's not not the homeowner's fault (and was only annoying when moving in/out). The only other quibble was the fickleness of the wifi, but again, appears to be an issue with Colony by the Sea. Otherwise, it is a fantastic unit with great access to beach and town. I would highly recommend this unit for a couples getaway."
