Saltwater private pool, cabana bar, multiple TV/DVDs, and a Hot Tub on Level 1. 2026 beach cabana service provided from May 25 - September 12 only (provides morning set-up and afternoon take-down of two umbrellas and six beach chairs on the beach).

"Wonderful location, ocean view, pool location great for privacy with heated option a plus. Kitchen was well organized and had every gadget/ appliance we needed. House was clean and beds were comfortable with great seating inside and out. Twiddy was awesome to work with. Very helpful and pleasant to talk with about any questions I had. House exactly as described. Added extra towels and beach towels was a great service. Saved on extra room in luggage and quality was good. Would definitely recommend to others n if ever get chance to go back I would request this house n would contact Twiddy . Thank you"

"The location is fantastic! Every morning I had my coffee on the 2nd floor deck facing the ocean watching the sunrise. Close enough for shops and restaurants yet away from noise and traffic. We had 5 children in our group. Not having to lug snacks, drinks, toys, and towels for an entire day was priceless!"

"My family and I had an absolutely great week at Serendipity II from 8 Aug to 15 Aug. The new owners have upgraded the house and the improvements were very much appreciated. The pool was great - our 4 year old granddaughter loved it! The oceanfront views are spectacular. The beach cabana service was a very nice amenity. We're booked for the same week next year and we can't wait to return."
"This one checks all the boxes for our family! We LOVED it and have reserved for next year. The direct access to the beach from the main level means no stairs! This was a game changer for arthritic knees. The new floors were easy to keep clean. The pool was a great way to end the day."
"Perfect, compact size, in a lovely location just 2.5 miles north of Duck. The pool is a wonderful plus and the sunrise views are heart stopping. Lovely renovations on the main level and a hot tub overlooking the sand dunes. Can’t wait to go back to Serendipity II for a cup of morning coffee watching the pelicans fly by."
