"The Carolina Luna Sea has an ideal layout - lots of big rooms for the whole group to be together while offering plenty of little nooks for puzzlers and readers and the like. We actually reserved this house because of the ping pong table and it was GREAT!!!! The pool was very nice and the proximity to the beach was excellent. No complaints, just one minor issue that didn't impact our enjoyment of the facilities and Twiddy sent someone to take a look within 24 hours. Highly recommend this home!"

"We absolutely love this house. The owners thought of everything. The washer and dryer on every level, extra fridge in the basement. New deck is beautiful. Loved watching the sunset from the rooftop deck. Enjoyed our morning coffee up there at the table while watching the sunrise."

"We loved the private pool and that it was in a secured gate. We loved your addition of all the new decking and levels and a variety of seating areas and availability. The living room couch was very comfortable and the seating was ample for the size crowd that we had. Each of the bedrooms was a nice size with a variety of sleeping arrangements that worked well with our group. The kitchen was stocked nicely and you had very nice things to use. Having small children as a part of our group, the two sets of washer and dryers was a plus. A very beautiful home and we will probably for sure rent there again."

"We enjoyed this home for the week and the pool made it extra special to enjoy the evenings after a day at the beach. We did encounter lots of spider and spider webs all over the outside of the home making it an inconvenience to walk or utilize the deck spaces, and walk through the doors. We would recommend replacing the master bedroom mattress as it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on; we actually slept in another room or used the great room couch."

"Great location and plenty of space. Pool was great after a few hours on the beach or for an evening swim. What I didn’t love was the carpet in the bedrooms and the somewhat outdated TVs, but we were usually out, outside or in the kitchen/dining area. The worst part was the grill. It’s supposed to be cleaned by each group before leaving, but it was overflowing with grease and food. I had to do an extensive cleaning, then burn off all of the grease before it was usable. Then I grilled on aluminum foil. It doesn’t seem unreasonable that the grill be replaced every two years or so (basic Char Broil is about $150 or cheaper for charcoal). Otherwise, very enjoyable stay."

"This was our 8th visit to Carolina Luna Sea and we truly enjoyed our visit. However, this was the first time we were aware of cockroaches in the house, and although we were concerned about bringing any of these unwanted guests home, we understand the affect Covid-19 has had on some maintenance issues, such as pest control, the broken door handle and bottom door rack on the refrigerator, and the big old micro on the counter. Hopefully, we will all have a better 2021, and we look forward to our next visit."
We are thrilled you enjoyed another wonderful week at Carolina Luna Sea. We apologize about the refrigerator door and substitute microwave that was temporarily placed on the counter. We addressed both issues as soon as we were alerted but unfortunately getting parts & replacement appliances took longer than normal this summer. We also have an ongoing pest control program but this year was particularly difficult to manage those pests. If you ever have a concern, feel free to contact Twiddy.
"The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils and cookware! Lots of space to spread out, beds comfortable, lots of games/books! The pool and hot tub both very nice and well maintained! Short walk to the beach"
