Envision spending your relaxing beach vacation here at this oceanfront home, “An Ocean View I.” With its spectacular views and excellent amenities, this is the perfect home for you and your family! With the loft just a few steps from the top floor, this adds extra space for everyone too! The top floor includes a spacious great room with enough seating for the entire family. The dining room seats ten people comfortably and the kitchen bar top seats seven! The kitchen has two dishwashers, lots of counter space, and a refrigerator big enough to fit all of your food for your stay! As for the bedrooms that are also on the top floor, there is a King master bedroom that has a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa.
The middle floor has three, King master bedrooms and a master bedroom with two Queen beds. Hangout with everyone here in the den area on this floor!
On the ground floor, there is a King master bedroom and a master bedroom with two twin beds. Sit back and relax and watch a movie in the home’s theater room! Or play a game of pool in the rec room that also has a kitchenette to make snacks or beverages!

"We had our family reunion here and the house was perfect for 5 couples. Having the elevator was also a plus. House was clean and ready on time. Only negative was we were unable to access the beach from the house due to the current noeaster that damaged the dunes to the beach. Otherwise the vacation was a hit."

"This is our second time at this home. We LOVE it. It is very clean and laid out well. Be aware the elevator does not have access from the outside you have to go up and then down steps to get to it. When we arrived there was NO toilet paper in the house at all so make sure you bring your own."
"Our 13th year on the OBX was just as wonderful as our first. An exciting part of the process for us is selecting and experiencing a new home each year. An Ocean View I was not a disappointment. The uncertain proximity to the beach before arrival was quickly answered with "yeah, it's narrow but not a deal breaker". The sound of the ocean from the house, the ability to sit so close on the deck and the one minute walk over the dune checks off many of the wants on our wish list. Note: 30 year old carrying a newborn, 50, 60 & 70+ year olds had no issues with the dune beach access :) Upon entry we were pleasantly surprised to find the home even better than the photos on the site depicted. The house is well maintained, very well stocked and well organized. Having the light switches and kitchen cabinets labeled is a thoughtful touch on the owner's part. Kudos to the cleaning crew this year as well! P.S. - We all loved the artwork! One comment would be to spruce up the hot tub/grill/shower area under the lower deck. Perhaps switching the hot tub and grill locations would give better access to uncovering and using the hot tub. This explains the 4 star review. All 13 of us would recommend this home. Thank you to Twiddy for the midge alert. This was the first time we experienced them. Wow! It makes you take a step back when being critical of the cleanliness of the outdoor areas. It's amazing what can happen literally overnight!"
"Excellent home for multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cookware, etc. The theatre room was an added bonus that served us well on a rainy evening. The kids thought they had their own movie theatre. The only down side was the beach access, which is a steep hill up to the top of the dune. Steps would be nice, but we noticed that all the beach front houses in that part of Duck did not have steps down to the beach."
"Our family loved staying in this home for the week. The beach access is great and having our own pool was so nice for the babies. The pool table got a ton of use as well. For each couple to have their own bathroom attached to the bedroom made things very easy. The house was great and made the obx even that much more enjoyable."
"This home was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen with all cooking tools. It is right on the beach with private access. The access (like all in this area) is a small steep hill-- this worked fine for us, but could be hard for older/handicapped. I highly recommend this house and hope we can stay here again."

Had person with mobility problems and having stairs to access the elevator was a problem. The note of stairs to access the elevator was not there when we booked because it was a new listing."
