"We had an excellent time staying here and I highly recommend this home. We had a large group of extended family with multiple small children. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There is plenty of room throughout. We had a minor issue come up with a smoke detector and this was handled promptly. The beach access is perfect. The sand is slightly steep getting over the dunes, but this was okay for our group."

"Beautiful home and very comfortable for a week at the beach! The top floor offered fantastic views of both the sunrise and sunset. Great kitchen and plenty of seating for meals. The media room provided a great gathering place to watch movies and TV. The pool/patio area needed some updating and landscaping, but regardless, we would definitely stay at this home again!"
"Beautiful house, lovely bedrooms and baths. Outside looked tired. Shower fixtures needed to be upgraded. They were insufficient for the wonderful showers. stove in the kitchen took extra time to cook on. I believe the grates were extra high for a gas stove. The chairs outside on the decks were basic. I would rate it a four out of five."
"Summerview is the ultimate location! Built at the end of a culdesac, there is a limited number of homes which means a less crowded stretch of beach for anyone staying there. The home is lovely, and has all the amenities you need. the kitchen, bedrooms and movie room are great. In 2020 we found the pool area to be a bit run down, and could stand some maintenance and landscaping to make it more appealing."
"Summerview Pros: Beautiful views from top floor, tasteful decor, house and furnishings are clean and in good condition, upscale bathrooms in the MBR suites, nice theater room. Cons: Stone floors in kitchen and ground level are hard on feet, kitchen appliance & storage layout adds steps and creates cross-traffic. The top level great room can get very noisy when people gather there (meals, etc.). Second floor MBR suite on North side of house gets noise from kitchen above (footsteps, dishwasher), from the adjacent theatre room, and from the pool of the adjacent house."
