In the great room on the top floor of the home, large ocean-facing windows throughout the space allow the gorgeous view to fill the room. Catch up with loved ones in the comfortable living area or watch a movie together before going to bed at night. The spacious kitchen is as functional as it is attractive. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add groceries. Countertop seating is available for a quick snack break or for little ones that like to help in the kitchen. Two dishwashers are helpful when cleaning up after big family meals. The wet bar is perfectly situated near the dining and living areas so refreshments are conveniently just steps away. Enjoy meals together in the dining area while gazing out at the vast ocean. Just outside, the deck is waiting for you, whether you’d like to watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or eat lunch while listening to the waves lap the shore nearby. Back inside, there is one master bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a whirlpool tub, as well as access to a private deck. A desk is available for use in the master bedroom if a work or school check-in is necessary during your vacation. There is also another full bathroom available on the third floor.
On the middle level of the home, there is an additional master bedroom, which has a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom between them, one bedroom with access to the deck. The final bedroom on the second level includes a semi-private bathroom and access to the deck. If a quiet place is needed to check email, there is a small den with a desk on the middle level. Outside on the deck, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub while you gaze out at the sparkling ocean.
The final bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor of the home. In the evenings, hang out around the pool table in the rec room. The spacious laundry room, with double washers and dryers, is also available on the first floor. Outside, get ready for some fun in the sun. Take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool or simply lounge around poolside. From the pool area, there are steps that connect to the community walkway to the beach, which runs alongside the home. The home is within biking distance of shopping, dining, and attractions in Duck Village, and it is also within convenient driving distance to attractions in Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills.
