Recent updates for 2025 include ALL NEW windows, doors, siding, soffits, garage door, exterior lights, new HVAC units and roof (new photos will be taken in the spring of 2025 to also show the improved landscaping). Additionally, the saltwater pool has been completely refurbished (coping, tile, plater (pebble-tec), and LED lights), the entire pool deck has been replaced (and expanded by 560sqft), and the pool area fence (and gates) has been completely replaced, hot tub relocated, refreshed landscaping, a new foot wash and two new beverage refrigerators. Other very recent updates include new carpet and furniture in the third-level master bedroom, eight new captain’s deck chairs (on the third-level), two new outdoor tables, a new arcade game, and a new propane BBQ.

Located directly on the oceanfront in a quiet neighborhood, this well-appointed home has something to please everyone in your entire family. Beautiful ocean views are yours to enjoy from the second and third levels of the home, as well as from the expansive decks. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the salty breeze and the sound of the waves lapping the shore nearby.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open and airy great room, with many windows to allow the gorgeous ocean view to fill the room. Relax and catch up with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area, or simply gaze out the windows at the waves rolling in. There is a wet bar in the living area for easy access to beverages. The high-end kitchen nearby is a cook’s dream, complete with a view of the ocean. Enjoy cooking on the Wolf gas stove, which includes a griddle, double ovens, and a warming drawer. In addition to the large Subzero refrigerator, there is a wine and beverage cooler included as well. The home is equipped with an elevator, which makes getting groceries from the ground floor up to the third level a breeze. Barstool seating is available at the kitchen island in addition to the seating provided in the dining area nearby. Outside on the deck, enjoy a stunning sunrise over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee. The master bedroom on the third level includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub, as well as access to the oceanfront deck. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
Four additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle level of the home. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and two of the master bedrooms include access to the covered oceanfront deck. The oceanfront sitting area is equipped with a TV and also includes access to the oceanfront covered deck. On the ground floor of the home, entertainment choices abound. Take family movie night to an epic new level in the media room, or gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. Take turns on the pinball machine to see who in the family is the pinball wizard. The rec room includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher, so no need to run up to the third floor for a snack or beverage refill.
Outside, fun in the sun will be on your vacation agenda. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around poolside. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the wide, soft-sand beach. Located just a few miles north of Duck Village, restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are just a short drive away.
