Relax, you’ve landed at your destination, “Captain’s Quarters” in Duck! Located in a quiet neighborhood on the oceanside of Route 12, this attractive home has everything you need to have a memorable vacation.
The great room on the top floor of the home is light and airy, with plenty of space, inside and out. Relax in the living area and watch TV after a fun day outside. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add groceries. Enjoy meals together in the nearby dining area, or step outside onto the sun deck to dine al fresco. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes deck access and a private bathroom. A half bathroom is included on the third floor as well.
Three additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle level of the home, each with a private bathroom. There is also a den on the second floor, perfect for relaxing with a good book or catching up on your favorite show. The middle level covered deck can be accessed from the den and one of the master bedrooms. The remaining bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor, where the younger members of your group are sure to want to hang out. The rest of the ground floor was furnished with fun and games in mind. There is a pool table in the rec room, as well as comfortable furniture in an additional TV area. The kitchenette in the rec room can be stocked so that snacks and cold drinks are readily available for breaks in action.
From the rec room, the pool area just outside is waiting to host some fun in the sun. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool. The hot tub will be ready for you to take a restorative soak at the day’s end. The community beach access is located at the end of the street. The best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Duck Village is a bike ride or short drive away. No matter how you plan to spend your time on the Outer Banks, “Captain’s Quarters” is the perfect home base!
