Settle into “A Place in the Sun” for your Outer Banks vacation! Situated in Bayberry Bluffs in the heart of Duck, this coastal retreat is just a short stroll from the beach, with spacious decks that give everyone room to spread out and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. Start the morning with coffee outside, come back from the beach for a swim, or gather on the deck in the evening as the day winds down.
Inside, the home offers plenty of spaces to spend time together or find a quiet corner of your own. The top-level great room brings everyone together and features a gas fireplace for cooler times of the year. The kitchen and dining area are nearby for easy meals and conversation. The open layout makes it simple for the cook to stay part of the action while dinner comes together. On the middle level, the den offers a more relaxed setting, complete with another gas fireplace and a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator for easy access to refreshments. It’s an ideal spot for adults to enjoy a quiet drink while the kids play downstairs in the rec room, where a pool table adds some friendly competition.
