Many commented on the cleanliness of the home. We would have rebooked but our group is growing in size. 💚💙 The Breakers II is a good value for the money. The only things we would like to see that were not included are the option to heat the pool and a stand alone ice maker."

"The elevator was critical for my 86 year old father to navigate the levels, modern updates, good kitchen appliances and breadth of kitchenware, house architecture/layout, availability of bathrooms for each bedroom. We have rented various houses throughout the OBX the past 20 years, this house by far the best one yet! Would love to return to this property!"

"The open space, the large windows, the great bedrooms, the kitchen had everything you need, including a Kitchen -aid mixer. We didnt need to bring half of what we did. We loved everything about the house. Also, we had to call Twiddy because on the beach stairs and screw was coming up, causing a tripping hazard, Twiddy was there in 20 minutes. We had a TV that needed a new HDMI , they were there so quickly, and they were the nicest people. We want to come back asap!!!"

"This home was perfect for our group of 19. We very much appreciated and made full use of 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 laundry rooms, and 3 refrigerators. We would have liked having an ice maker. This was the first house we’ve rented over many years that did not. Also, there was no crib or high chair which is usually a pretty standard amenity. The family that needed a crib rented one from Ocean Rentals. The home is close to Food Lion, a big plus given the size of our group. The living area furniture is starting to show its age, but the gathering space was nonetheless enjoyable and has great ocean views. The decks all had seating and are a great place to catch the sunrise or chill with a good book. We had a couple of minor issues while there (propane tank ran out while grilling and the spare was empty and also a leaky toilet) but Twiddy was awesome and took care of those issues very quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. Our group was very happy with our week in Breakers II and would rent this home again."
"The house was beautiful, accommodated 7 pairs of adults and their children without feeling crowded, had a well stocked kitchen, and was as clean as could be expected with only a few hours between rentals. I definitely will look at renting this house again."
"The layout of this house was great with a lot of extras. As comfortable as everything was it may be time for some updates as the were several pieces of furniture that were broken both inside and outside And some of the TVs were not working properly. Twiddy was responsive to a few major items that needed to be addressed. This could definitely be a five star with a little TLC."
