Recent updates for 2025 include a new elevator and updated blinds throughout the home! Major renovations completed in 2023 which included all new furnishings, new floors, fresh paint, all new TVs and a new hot tub!
Relax and enjoy the “Sea Breeze” at this oceanfront beach house in Corolla! Located directly on the beachfront, gorgeous ocean views and salty breezes are yours to soak in during your vacation. With spacious common areas and top amenities, this is the perfect home to host your family’s OBX getaway.
The great room on the top floor of the home features a plethora of windows to allow natural light and a gorgeous ocean view to fill the room. An elevator assists with unloading luggage and groceries. Kick back and chill in the living area while watching your favorite TV show or the waves rolling in. A fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. There is an additional sitting area at the opposite end of the great room, which is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a good book. The loft is the perfect place to sneak away and catch up on emails or check in with the office. The third floor oceanside deck is the perfect place to enjoy the “Sea Breeze” with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. There are two dishwashers to assist with cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby while you gaze at the ocean outside of the windows. There is one master bedroom on the top level of the home, which includes a full bathroom and a private balcony.
There are two additional master bedrooms on the middle floor of the home. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. The remaining bedroom also includes deck access and has a semi-private bathroom. There is a den on the middle floor, as well as a half bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found on the ground floor. Laundry facilities are also located on the first floor. Just outside, you’ll find the private pool, which is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the beach, which makes trips to and from the house to the beach very convenient. At the end of the day, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. Conveniently located in the Whalehead community, this home is close to the best shopping, dining, and attractions in Corolla. Make treasured vacation memories while soaking in the “Sea Breeze!”
