"The upgrades in 2025 are a definite win! New floors, bathrooms, kitchen countertop/appliances, and furniture throughout. The new walk-in showers in all the bathrooms (except one child's room, which still has a bathtub, which is a good call) are excellent. Will always love the cabana and private access to the beach. This home is our pick year after year!"

"This is a nice big house, big enough for our extended family. It is being well maintained, and we found it clean and ready when we arrived. Early entry was a nice plus. There were plenty of dishes & cookware. We did need more forks and teaspoons. We love the view and the ample parking space."
"Bathrooms are a bit dated, but the space over all is wonderful. Private beach access even though you don't need it since it's right next to the public beach access."
"This is a very nice, large house which accommodated our large family well. We had no maintenance issues while we were there. A few minor things could use some attention. Drains in the bathroom for the largest bedroom on the top floor need clearing. Screen on the door to the porch has been damaged (not by us!) and needs to be replaced. The location is superb."
"House was great, clean. Everything as advertised. We have two senior dogs so the elevator was a plus, worked great- spacious. Outdoor furniture was way above average in comparison to many rentals we’ve stayed at in Corolla, it’s those little things that count. Rooms/ baths were good although end of season the sink and shower traps needed cleaned as they were slow to drain. Pool was spacious. Only constructive criticism would be replacing the outside sliding doors at some point and upgrading or cleaning the outside BBQ/pool bar area. Would definitely stay here next year."
"We really enjoyed our week at this home. There was plenty of room to hang out, even though we filled all the bedrooms. The theater room was awesome and used a lot because the ocean was too rough for swimming for a portion of the week. Great views from inside and outside the house. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided as well. The only complaint is that the wind (around 25 Mph) caused the sliding glass door in bedroom 1 to make an annoying sound that was loud enough to wake us up. This was enough to move from 5 to 4 stars because vacation should be restful and waking up multiple times in the night is not great."
