Another item I noticed was at least our bathroom had 3-4 towel racks as well as hooks on the door. Plenty of space to hang towels, robes or air dry wet suits. Having the folding racks to place suitcases on was a nice thoughtful touch too. I think my husband mentioned the grill was new too. Thanks! Great home"

"We liked the location to beach and shops. The house had a nice set up of rooms and the kitchen was a good size so a few people could work in the area at same time. Pool and hot tub were appreciated. Although floating wispy fuzz from the nearby vegetation kept the pool unclean for most of our stay."

"We loved our stay here. The house was decorated beautifully and clean. The location was great, so close to the beach and walking distance to the Food Lion. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed."
"Piper's Parade is in a fantastic location. We spent a day at the 4X4 beaches, rented jet skis, a pontoon and raced go-karts minutes from the house. We walked to the beach in less than 10 minutes. 2 minutes by golf cart. The main living space and upper level deck are spacious and open. The long dinner table was accommodating. The circular table was a great "office" Pots, pans, plates, utensils etc we found everything we needed. Washer Dryer conveniently located, the number of masters was fantastic. We didn't have time to utilize the game room, but it was a great place to dry off after using the pool. The pool was in great shape. The propane grill worked perfectly. Oh and the hot tub was quite a hit. Everything was clean, comfortable and working. I would warn that if you have a hard time with stairs, this isn't the place. But that should be obvious from the pictures."
"This home was perfect for our family. Walking distance to all we needed. Plenty of things to do and enjoy! Lots of space and perfect size for us all. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice pool. No complaints! Everyone happy."
"Overall, this house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. It was well stocked and spacious, close to the beach and just a beautiful area. The half bath was skipped in the cleaning between guests so I had to clean it myself when we first arrived. I called twiddy to let them know the cleaning crew missed it and they offered to send someone back out which is great. The pool needed to be cleaned better too (lots of dead bugs) and the grass was too tall for us to play the games we had brought and that wasn't mowed until Wednesday. Other than that, it was great."

"At first my family was reluctant bc the price was 1/2 as duck homes in OBX (where we normally stay). This house was perfect though. When we arrived, our golf cart and bikes were waiting from the OBX toy co..... we parked our car and did not get back in till departure! We rode our golf car for groceries and adult beverages to food lion which was 0.2 miles away. At night we took bikes to beach. This house created just as many memories at the 11000/week house we had last year in Duck. As a mom and wife, I would recommend this house and would stay there again"
"House was nice, weather not so good so we didn't get to explore the nearby shops as planned. Location is pretty much ideal though. Stairs are carpeted and set up so that our older dog could get up and down pretty easily, which is sometimes a challenge in other homes. Also the nearest beach access is also the 4x4 vehicle entrance so the dogs could get onto the beach without climbing the steep dune stairs. As of May 2020 the house did have a Keurig-style coffee maker along with a drip-style. The house also has keyless entry, so it saves some time not having to check in and out at the Twiddy offices. The upper deck is larger than it seems in the pictures and there are 2 picnic tables and a large circular table, so there is plenty of seating for a large group to dine outside. Would definitely come back to this house in the future."
