"This was a great house with the best part being the large pool and large area around the pool. We enjoy playing outdoor games and this was the perfect setup for it around the pool. Great quality outdoor furniture and plenty of it. Also having a double fridge in the kitchen was a big bonus"

"If I had to complain about anything it would be not enough utensils in kitchen. But this is not a big deal. The house was beautiful and worth it. Only disappointed that the house jumped in price for next year. But if you have the cash I highly recommend the house and the owners support our veterans!"
"The pool was amazing. Best pool we've had at a rental house. New decking was great except for the nails sticking up on the steps that I found with bare feet. Crow's nest was cool."
"The house layout was good for our family of 23 adults and 9 children (1-14). The 2 refrigerators was a huge plus. The pool was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting under the deck out of the heat/sun watching the kids in the pool. Just a thought… maybe a fan or lightweight curtains to help keep that area cool? The top deck under the crows nest was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the breeze… no sun. The crows nest was wonderful at any time of the day but especially at night to look at the stars and in the morning to watch the sun rise! The short walk to the beach was a huge plus as we had 8 little ones. I would recommend this house, unfortunately our family is growing and we’ve outgrown Pebble Beach."

"The amenities at the Pebble Beach House were great. My family enjoyed the swimming pool, except for the confusion regarding the heated pool. Some of the sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close. The rooms were clean and in good shape."

We have handicapped grandparents that could visit every floor including the pool area due to easy access for wheelchairs and the elevator. The pool was heated and worked very well! This vacation was perfect the house accommodated everyone's need and we will be looking to book again next year!"

"My husband and I took our whole family on vacation for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. What a fabulous time we had at Pebble Beach, the house was beautiful. We had a few issues upon arrival called Twiddy Real Estate and they had everything fixed in 24 hours, great service! The gentleman, Ryan who came was exceptional!! We would recommend Twiddy and Pebbles Beach (July 17 thru July 24th 2021)"
