"Plenty of room. Clean and nice outside area. Since it was a little on cool side we really enjoyed the hot tub and how large it was.conveniently located to shopping areas as well without any congestion."
"Paradise Sun is a beautiful, simply decorated home away from home. The views from the upper level both inside and outside are awe striking. The deck furniture is awesome. The dining table allowed all seventeen of us to eat together which is important to us. The fact that almost all bedrooms are identical, and seven out of ten are ocean view, makes it easy. The ground level/pool space is superior to any house that we have rented in seventeen years visiting the OBX. Wish that the weather would have cooperated so that we could better utilize the outdoor space. The owners were generous when asked to provide a large cooking pot."

"The view from this house is amazing. We've stayed in other oceanfront houses before and while you can always see the ocean, often times the dunes in front block most of the beach. At this house, we could see who of our crew was on the beach and watch them play, which was especially enjoyable for the grandparents. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed eating outside and watching golf on the outdoor tv. The living areas were comfortable and we used the theater room often for movies and Jeopardy! We were able to log into all of our own streaming services. The only downside of the house is the kitchen. There is a comment from a year ago that stated that the kitchen wasn't up to par in terms of what was provided and my hope was that things would have changed since then. Perhaps a few things were added, but we found that it was an add assortment. There were 4 cheese graters but no large pots for making spaghetti. (I asked a neighbor if we could borrow theirs but now I'm wondering if Twiddy could have provided something...) There were enough wine glasses but maybe 4 medium-sized glasses for cocktails. And then dozens of large drinking glasses that were identical, which isn't the most helpful when everyone leaves their glass out on the counter and can't remember which is theirs! One of the dishwashers was broken the whole time. I texted Twiddy and they came out the same day but didn't have the part to fix it because it was special order. There was an issue with the HVAC and some of the bedrooms and main area not getting AC but again, Twiddy was quick to respond and they were able to fix that issue. Overall, this house was great and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The views were fantastic. The king masters had gorgeous views of the ocean. Twiddy was a great company to work with. we had a few problems during the week. Twiddy was right there to solve the problem. I like that you can text them and get an answer quickly. The only thing we didn’t feel that wasn’t up to par was the kitchen. It wasn’t as well equipped for cooking for large groups. Needs more baking dishes of various sizes. Our group likes to watch movies at night and we didn’t feel the theater room wasn’t as well equipped as we would have liked. We were however able to find some movies on stations provided. The problem for us was that we couldn’t use the equipment we brought because it wasn’t compatible. We did have a marvelous time during our week stay. the house was convenient for reaching areas surrounding it. I would recommend this house and i recommend Twiddy."

"Once again Paradise Sun was amazing! Eight couples and at no time were we in each other’s way. Getting up for Sunrise and whether it was watched from the house or the beach was amazing. So close to shopping too. The elevator was used daily and made bringing in luggage and groceries so much easier. Second time at Paradise Sun and fifth rental with Twiddy. Never a disappointment.."

"Amazing decks perfect for following the sun! All rooms equally impressive. Pool area awesome for hanging out. Great room perfect for big gatherings. Would recommend bigger sized cookware for cooking for big crowds. We usually like to stay in different houses when in OBX, but might have to return to this one, it’s so good!"
