"We have stayed at this house for 5 or 6 years. It is a short walk to beach access and it has a nice hot tub and pool. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and anything you need to prepare and cook your meals. It is in a quiet family and dog friendly neighborhood. Every bedroom has it's own dedicated bathroom. This year I believe there was a new dishwasher and refrigerator. Nice place to have a vacation!"

"As always Twiddy rentals are the best. Clean and like being at your own home. Everything you would need. The View has become my spring and fall getaway. The pool is great and my husband loves the hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach access at the end of the road. You can stand in front of the house and see the sunset on the sound or stand on the deck or from the great room and see the sun rise on the ocean. What more can you ask for. The outdoor grill and bar area is great. I can not say enough about this house. My family looks so forward to our weeks here."

"Great location. Just a couple of houses away from beach. Awesome amenities. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Bring your own ping pong balls if you want to play. House setup is great with 4 bedrooms on main and 1 bedroom with multiple bunks on lower level. Plenty of space for 2 -3 families. Mattresses were acceptable (not the worst I've slept on, but some room for improvement). Good hot water and water pressure in all showers. Would definitely consider renting again."

"This is one of the cleanest homes we’ve been in, it smelled like soap, and it’s pet friendly - so that’s a great combination. We had a rainy week so the pool bar and ping pong table got a workout. Also loved the views from the crows nest - a great way to see sunrise and sunset! Great home."

"This was the best home we have stayed in so far in OBX. 4th time was the Charm Although weather wasn’t our friend we had a great time with family The bedrooms are 2 on each wing as we weren’t sure the layout exactly until we got there. Everyone on the main floor had their own bathroom. The pool was way too cold but hot tub was nice. Due to weather and an infant we spent more time in the house than expected so it was great it was so homey. Kitchen was well stocked I even cooked and so did a daughter in law. Best bed for comfort is the king bed that doesn’t have a private bath. Dining room was awesome for game nights. The crows nest was fantastic. Didn’t have to run to a pier to capture sunsets this trip!!! Extra refrig downstairs is a great touch too.. Things I will tell you that we learned : the WiFi doesn’t allow the baby monitor or Alexa. A special router is needed. My daughter went out and purchased the old fashioned no camera monitor for our stay. No Alexa. The house being raised the small dog escaped the fenced yard by just going under the house. just to help anyone reading this plan better."

"The view is the perfect beach house in every way. The location to the beach, sites and shopping as well as the quiet serenity of the neighborhood. The owners of this property took the time to make everything available and fun for a family vacation. The house itself is laid out to make you feel welcome at home and special. Go swimming in the pool relax in the hot tub or enjoy a game of ping pong while cooking out at the outside cooking area and bar. It has become my families vacation home on the outer banks. You do not want to miss an opportunity to stay at this house. And even better you will have Twiddy Rentals by your side all the way. Thank you for a wonderful vacation again this year."

"Oh what a view it was! My family escaped to the Outer Banks for a week this summer and stayed at the View. We were able to truly enjoy some time together in this beautiful home. The layout is great with an open concept that keeps everyone together but also offers some nooks and crannies for quiet escapes, fewer stairs than the typical OBX beach house was great for my parents and younger children. The walk to the beach is super easy, the boardwalk is right at the end of the street only 2 houses away. The crow's nest was amazing for star gazing and watching the storms come in. The deck is gorgeous and the pool was fantastic. The owners have gone above and beyond to make the home comfortable with real deck furniture, a cool hangout near the pool with a ping pong table and sand volleyball court. The kitchen was well stocked (and labeled!) and the rooms were set up nicely. The only improvements I would recommend are the ice machine in the fridge didn't seem to work very well and another deck above the pool would make this a show stopper :)"
