Planned updates for the 2027 season include: upgraded Smart TVs with a new 68" Samsung TV in the Great Room, a 55" Samsung TV in the Lower Level Rec Room, and new 40" Samsung TVs in every bedroom. Upgraded kitchen with a double oven, new refrigerator, dishwasher, and modern recessed lighting. A new chandelier in the dining area, plus a freshly painted screened-in porch with a new ceiling fan and outdoor patio set. The top level ensuite will feature a stylish accent wall, new bedding, and additional recessed ceiling lighting. The middle level bedrooms will have fresh accent walls and new bedding across all three bedrooms, plus an upgrade to a King-sized bed in one room. The first level will offer two Queen beds and an accent wall and new bedding. Outside, Panasea will have a new gas grill, a basketball hoop and an updated curb appeal featuring crepe myrtles, fresh mulch, and stone detailing along the driveway will greet you as you arrive!
