Panoramic views delight in the spacious great room, the well-equipped kitchen (including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and a wet bar with ice maker), and four dining areas that seat 24. A desk and two tables for puzzles or games provide space for a variety of activities. The top floor King master bedroom has a large recently renovated walk-in shower. A Queen master bedroom and powder room complete the top floor.
Second floor features include ocean views for three of the four bedrooms. To maximize guest flexibility, there are 2 King master bedrooms, a master bedroom with two queen beds, and a King bedroom with a semi-private bathroom. The second-floor den has seating for four, a drink cooler, kitchenette, microwave, television, desk, and easy access to the outdoor deck and swing.
The first floor includes a large family master bedroom with a King size bed, two bunk sets, and a private bath. In the recreation room, there is seating for seven, a 9’ regulation pool table, an indoor shuffleboard table, television, washers and dryers and an additional refrigerator.
Outdoor features of the "Painted Lady" include a private gated pool, a hot tub, outdoor shuffleboard, a picnic table, sturdy outdoor chaise lounges and chairs for the pool deck as well as a gas grill, numerous tables and chairs, a hammock and swing on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. The private beach walkway and the home's mid-block location means that you will feel like you have a quieter stretch of beach to enjoy. The observation deck is an ideal location to meditate in the morning or share evening cocktails with family and friends. Whether you are swimming in the surf, shelling on the beach, chasing ghost crabs, visiting the nearby shipwreck, flying a kite, or just reading or napping on the beach, you are guaranteed to leave the "Painted Lady" with fond memories.
The "Painted Lady" is located in the Whalehead community, very near shopping, restaurants, and other activities.
