"Our recent stay at this house was Incredible. While it was off-season, I have to just imagine how much fun my grandchildren would have had in that huge pool! The backyard pool area has so much room and the covered area next to the pool is perfect for those of us that want to stay out of the sun. All of the outdoor furniture is top-notch - and there is a lot of it! The house itself is so comfortable. The bunk bedroom was a favorite for the kids, the movie theater room was a family favorite. We loved how all of the bedrooms were located on the first and second floors so no one had to be “in the basement” like other houses we’ve stayed in. The bottom floor was solely dedicated to fun stuff - pool, bar, theater, games. The kitchen is extremely well stocked - and the gas grills outside were so nice! The upper deck is amazing and the view of the ocean and the beach are breathtaking! A section of it is screen-enclosed which provides a bug free area which I loved!!! We watched every sunrise from there and it’s a perfect spot to read a good book! It was nice to actually see people on the beach - a lot of homes have dunes in the way. We’ve been staying in beach homes at OBX for 30 some years - this one really made us feel we were “on” the beach! We loved every moment of our vacation in this house!"

"This is an outstanding property. We couldn’t use the outdoor pool area due to the time of year of our stay, but it is one of the most luxurious we have ever seen. The multiple appliances were fantastic as was the hOme theater and game room. A wonderful home in all aspects."

"We loved the house, the touches of having fresh pies delivered our first day, having umbrellas and beach chairs available everyday! The house is very useable, we used all the areas and had plenty of room for 13 people! The kitchen areas had so much to offer with utensils, additional kitchen equipment, and plenty of dishes and dishwashers. The star of the show is the backyard and pool, everyone was comfortable and all the shaded sitting areas were a big plus!!"

"We have a family of 15; 10 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 18 months to 8 years old. This beautiful home accommodated all the sleeping space we needed with room to spare. The community space offered a welcome reconnection of our group coming from the northeast, Midwest and London And if finding personal, quiet time was desired; the three sided covered porch (part of which was screened) was a favorite. We thoroughly enjoyed our lively dinner conversation and game nights full of banter around the massive dinner table. With the beach just steps away, and a pool, and a game room, and a theater room - everyone found their place to smile, laugh and relax. And kudos to Twiddy, there were a couple of hiccups which were taken care of within a day of our arrival so the fun wasn’t interrupted. Thank you for adding the calm and joy to this family’s vacation."

"nearly everything! All bedrooms were lovely and nicely decorated. The kitchen was a dream to work in. All the fridges made it so easy to work. The media room was a great addition. The pool was amazing. The beach was a dream. watching the waves and the dolphins and the birds fills the soul. I loved that home maybe will book again next year if available. The rooms all being on the top two floors was wonderful. The elevator was so great for our senior guests."

"My family stayed at Outer Limits during Thanksgiving week. The bedrooms are all spacious and well maintained. The kitchen and pub area were very well stocked with everything that was needed for a holiday dinner. The lower level game room and theater room were a hit with the entire family. Our only suggestion would be for the owner to maintain a binder of how to operate all of the TVs/home theater and some of the kitchen appliances. (Note: A Twiddy rep was supposed to meet us when we arrived at the house but due to COVID-19, nobody was able to meet us. Twiddy did check on us during the week to see if we had any questions.) We were able to figure it out but having a binder with this information would be helpful. Overall, we had a great time and would look to stay here again!"
