Recent updates for the 2025 season include new Trex decking on all levels of deck on the back of the house, new railings, extended the pool deck by nine feet toward the back of the yard, relocated the hot tub to the pool deck, rebuilt the outdoor shower and relocated the gas grill to the back yard!
"Our Particular Harbour" provides everything you and your family will need for a fun, relaxing Outer Banks vacation!
Take in beautiful ocean views from the plentiful decks of this well-equipped home. Find yourself at the beach in no time via the convenient walkway located just three homes down. Soak up the sun from the decks then cool off with a dip in the 11’x25’ gated pool. In the evening, relax in the privacy of your own hot tub located on the pool deck. Four of the five bedrooms are Master Suites with attached baths, so adults in the family have all the peace and privacy they could ask for during a vacation.
Featuring two dining and two living areas, the spacious top floor allows for everyone to spread out and relax. A convenient half bath lies just off the common areas. A large kitchen is also located on the third level, complete with the tools you’ll need to prepare meals for your group. The Queen Master Bedroom is the perfect spot for the head of the household, providing easy access to the common areas. In addition to two King Master Bedrooms and another Queen Master, the mid-level boasts a bedroom with two twin beds. There's also a hall bath and a den with queen sleeper sofa and wet bar. The first level was designed for fun and entertainment. Gather here for a game of foosball in the recreation room or a round of ping pong or billiards in the rec room.
Enjoy the beautiful ocean panorama during the day and spend nights taking in the view of the Currituck Lighthouse from “Our Particular Harbour.” This home is a true delight!
