This is a perfect place for the teens in the group to hang out after spending all day having fun in the sun. Just steps outside of the rec room, find yourself entering the pool area with a resort style pergola providing style and shade. A refreshing saltwater pool with a waterfall feature and two tanning ledges await you. When you get thirsty, pull up a seat at the poolside tiki bar or relax in the shade of the covered patio. For added convenience, find an outside half bathroom as well as two outdoor showers. Unwind and melt your worries away in the hot tub with seating for 8. At night, snuggle up together for movie night or catch the big game in the state of the art theater room. With stadium seating for 12 and a large screen TV, it will feel just like being at the movie theatre.
Also on the lower level are two king master bedrooms with private bathrooms elegantly outfitted with Italian tile and granite vanities. A third bedroom with two bunk sets has easy access to a hall bathroom just steps away, also designed with Italian tile and granite. With elevator access to all levels, you can be anywhere in the home in just a few short moments.
On the mid-level are four thoughtfully and tastefully appointed king master bedrooms. Beautiful Italian tile and granite continue throughout each bathroom. Be the lucky one to stay in the king bedroom with a separate soaking tub and melt your cares away. So that you have plenty of bedding options for every member of your group, the fifth master bedroom on this level offers two twin beds. When you want a quiet moment to retreat, curl up on the couch in the private den with a good book or catch up on your favorite TV show.
The upper level of the home is perfect for your large family gathering. The kitchen is the heart of every home and this is never truer than when you have all of your friends and family together for a week at the beach! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef in your group will need to whip up a delicious meal. With double ovens, a professional grade refrigerator and freezer, and a 6 burner gas cooktop, cooking will be a delight! Plenty of bar seating provides for easy conversation and sharing hors d’oeuvres. Since vacations are supposed to be relaxing, clean-up will be a breeze with two dishwashers to do the work for you. Italian tile flooring and granite countertops complete the modern, upgraded look and feel that is found throughout this entire home. When dinner is ready, gather around the dining room tables and toast to a week of memories.
The kitchen and dining areas open up beautifully to the great room. The gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance during the off-season. With a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows, the space is bright and airy, with the views of the Atlantic as the focal point. The bamboo floors round out the high-end finishes.
At night, retreat to one of the three king master bedrooms on the top level, one of which has a private deck so you can sit under the stars at night and listen to the sound of the waves breaking on-shore. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom with double vanity, granite countertops, and Italian tile flooring. A freestanding soaking tub is included in one of the bathrooms. Furnished with style and comfort in mind, you will feel right at home.
Wake early for a cup of coffee on the oceanside deck and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. With a community walkway to the beach just a few moments away, you will be wading in the ocean in no time at all! Throw a frisbee on the beach or enjoy watching your kids play on the beach.
