Treat your family to “Heaven on Surf” on the Outer Banks! This professionally designed and decorated vacation retreat offers the most sought-after amenities and a beautiful modern coastal aesthetic. The home is within short walking distance of the wide, soft-sand beaches of Corolla. With seven bedrooms and a plethora of entertainment options, your family will feel right at home.
Start your vacation with some fun in the sun in the large backyard retreat, which features a border of live oak trees to provide privacy. The refreshing 16x30 private pool with swim-up bar is available and ready for your group to make a splash. Lounge around the poolside in the sunshine or hang out at the tiki bar and catch up with one another. When you’re ready to relax, head over to the hot tub for a relaxing soak. For the active members of your group, a large sand volleyball court, cornhole boards, and a basketball goal are available at the home.
Inside the home on the top floor, you’ll find the great room, which is the home’s main living space. Relax in the comfortable living area and spend time with loved ones or watch TV. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is equipped for your group, with two ovens, two refrigerators, and plenty of counter space. Barstool seating is available at the kitchen island to supplement the dining area seating nearby. Step outside onto one of the many decks to enjoy the salty ocean breeze or watch the sunset over the Sound. Back inside, there is a ship’s watch with an office area that is perfect for those who must work while on the Outer Banks. There is one ensuite bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom is available on the landing between the third and second levels.
On the second floor, you’ll find more bedrooms and bathrooms. There are two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. An additional ensuite bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a private bathroom. The final bedroom and full bathroom are also on the ground floor of the home. The entertainment options on the ground floor were designed to accommodate large families. Take family movie night to an epic new level in the theater room. The rec room is equipped with a pool table and a TV for many evenings of fun. A wet bar with a refrigerator is available so snacks and cold drinks can be readily available.
