Centrally located in the Whalehead community, this home is located close to the best shopping, dining and entertainment that Corolla has to offer. Three lots from the beach, this home offers horizon ocean views and is just a short stroll from the community beach access. This sophisticated home has modern decor and handicap-friendly features.
The top level includes a great room with a gas fireplace, dining area, half bath and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Two master bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom that includes a whirlpool tub, round out the top level. The middle level is comprised of bedrooms, an office nook and laundry facilities. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and one includes a roll-in shower. Four additional bedrooms, which share two full bathrooms, can be found on the middle level.
The rec room on the lower level will provide hours of entertainment with the pool table and media room, with a kitchenette nearby so that snacks and drinks are convenient. Step outside to the private pool area, which will facilitate many hours of fun in the sun. Along with the refreshing private pool, this area includes the hot tub, poolside cabana with wet bar, gas grill and seating. In addition to the outdoor amenities in the pool area, there is a full-size volleyball court in the front yard of the home.

"The house definitely lived up to expectations. There were some minor mechanical issues with some of the doors, most of which were fixed after pointing them out. The house was well located near the beach, was very clean, and the rooms and bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of parking, nearby beaches were not overcrowded at this time of year. The biggest challenge was the kitchen was on the third floor, but only one third floor fridge. With 18 people in the house, going up and down to the first floor fridges was a bit of a logistical issue when preparing for family meals. Two fridges on the third floor in lieu of some cabinet space would be preferable, but that's definitely a minor complaint. I would absolutely book this house again. Everyone had a great time and was pleased with the house."
