"We have rented this house in 2023 and 2024. The location is good, not far from the public entrance. It was cleaner this year than last year. And it is a good size for the amount of people in the family. The elevator for my mother-in-law and the pool is a plus. When we had an issue, the maintenance came out right away and was corrected. The only issue is the tvs in the bedrooms didn't all work properly and the wifi kept having to be reset. Other than that, a pretty good weekly stay."

"We loved the number of king size beds and bathrooms. The location and easy access to the beach was great. The family room, dining areas and kitchen size were wonderful for our family of 17."

"The house definitely lived up to expectations. There were some minor mechanical issues with some of the doors, most of which were fixed after pointing them out. The house was well located near the beach, was very clean, and the rooms and bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of parking, nearby beaches were not overcrowded at this time of year. The biggest challenge was the kitchen was on the third floor, but only one third floor fridge. With 18 people in the house, going up and down to the first floor fridges was a bit of a logistical issue when preparing for family meals. Two fridges on the third floor in lieu of some cabinet space would be preferable, but that's definitely a minor complaint. I would absolutely book this house again. Everyone had a great time and was pleased with the house."

"This home checked a lot of boxes for us. The size was excellent, however the home wasn't particularly clean. Pool was small for a house this large. Had an issue with the ac right away and response time was excellent. Issue was resolved. We also didn't receive a notification that home was ready. We did enjoy our week and the area is very nice."
"This was a beautiful house inside but we like to spend some outdoor time on the deck. That being said there was little to no outdoor furniture. What was there was in poor condition. We try a new house every time we visit corolla. Would re-rent this if they had a decent place to hang outside. Pool area was a bit small too."
