"The speaker system throughout the house made the whole experience. Unsure if the home was equipped with speakers before heading to OBX, and having the surprise was amazing The guest house was a perfect layout as well, my guests that stayed in there and even people just walking through to check it out loved how it was set up and how disconnected it was from the main home. Lastly, the set up for the theatre room was SO comfy and we spent a good chunk of time in and around there"

"The home was beautiful.There were a few things that need attention such as slow drains in bathrooms, broken tv by the pool ,mol pink and black in all the showers.The kitchen was amazing and the views were out of this world"

"The best feature of the home is that it could accommodate a large group. We were 24 people and the bedroom/baths were great for such a large group."

"A wonderful house with a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, plenty of refrigerator space, cutlery and dishes that made it easy to prepare meals when we, 15 people, preferred not eating out. There was never a sense of “being on top of one another” thanks to such a large space. The downstairs movie theater, pool and card tables were a nice plus. Unfortunately the weather was unusually frigid and windy while we were there, but still, a good time was had by all.."

"Nice home, new construction. Kitchen is large and included many utensils/small appliances. Large ice maker downstairs. Guest house offers privacy from main house. Middle floor rooms have direct access to boardwalk to the beach. The only complaint is that there is not public access to that boardwalk from the 2nd floor; you have to walk through a bedroom."
