You’re “Dune It Right OBX” if you’ve found yourself at this Outer Banks oceanfront retreat! With panoramic ocean views and direct beach access via a private walkway, this beach house is designed for unforgettable vacation memories.
Step inside to discover a spacious layout thoughtfully crafted for relaxation and entertainment. The top-level great room boasts expansive windows framing the ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace for cooler weather, and ample seating for family gatherings. Gather in the comfortably furnished living area to watch TV or to simply enjoy the view. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for the whole crew, ensuring everyone can dine together comfortably. Seating is also available at the kitchen island and at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.
Outside on the deck, savor the ocean view as you sip your coffee in the morning or watch the pelicans fly by in the afternoon. The salty ocean breeze is always available, whether you’re watching the waves roll in during the day or gazing at the stars in the sky at night.
Each of the seven bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind. Five of the seven bedrooms are masters, each with an en suite bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms offer deck access, an easy way to step out to enjoy the ocean breeze.
On the middle floor, a den provides an additional space for relaxation. On the ground level, you'll find a rec room complete with a pool table (with a ping pong table topper) and a wet bar with a refrigerator, perfect for evening entertainment. A convenient cabana half bathroom opens to both the ground floor common space and the pool area.
Outdoors, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or lounge around on the pool deck. From the pool area, an elevated deck and walkway lead right to the beach. Take in the ocean view as you unwind in the hot tub, which is located on the elevated beach walkway deck. Challenge the family to a game of basketball before dinner. With a central location in the Whalehead neighborhood, many of Corolla’s shopping, dining, and attractions are a short drive from the home.
