"We love this home, and have rented it for several years. The location is terrific both in it's placement on the beach and proximity to grocery stores. The interior is very comfortable and it is a generous size. We appreciate the remaining houses that are moderate size, versus the new construction which seem oversized and would be difficult to fill with guests. The wood floors make it easy to keep clean. The kitchen is well equipped. I was particularly pleased this year to see the dishwasher had been replaced. We hope to continue coming every year!"

"I loved that it had a large several pots and pans in the kitchen and a griddle! As well as plenty of counterspace and a huge table! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub probably the most. And appreciated that there were several outside chairs as well as beach chairs! The bedroom layout was very conventional for our large group. And the house was nice and clean when we arrived. Oh and hangers! Loved having hangers in the closets as well as baskets!! The last beach house we went to we did not have a broom or vaccume, so I was happily surprised to see there was 2 brooms and a vacuum."
