Tucked in the southern end of the Whalehead community, ‘Corolla Sol’ radiates modern beach vibes. Conveniently located, there’s less than a three minute walk to the beach, and the shops and restaurants in Monterey Plaza and Timbuck II Shopping Village are within walking distance as well.
Designed with family in mind, level three features an open floor plan full of natural light. The newly renovated, contemporary kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need to whip up the best family dinners! There’s plenty of space for everyone to sit down together from the formal dining table, to the island bar, and the comfortable breakfast nook. The great room is cozy and tastefully decorated, and leads out to the ample deck space where you can take in the salt air and views of the Atlantic.
Level two consists of four comfortable, meticulously decorated bedrooms that will make you feel right at home. The covered level two deck has stairs down to the pool area for your convenience. The bottom level of the home provides a bright, welcoming area for entertainment. Catch up on your favorite shows, shoot a game of pool, or fix yourself a beverage at the wet bar. Stepping outside you’ll find the spacious pool area and the hot tub, large back yard area for playing games along with a spacious deck with barbeque area. There’s memories to be made at Corolla Sol!
