We all loved proximity to the beach. We loved the dining room table for 18 so we could have dinner together. The elevator was key to helping us move in and out."
"We have been vacationing in OBX for 12 years and this house was, by far, our group’s absolute favorite. The ocean views and short walk to the beach were amazing. The house had every appliance and kitchen tool we needed. The ice machines were a huge plus. The backyard with the fence made a world of difference for us vacationing with young kids. The bedrooms were so spacious and beautifully decorated. Honestly, not one thing we would change! Thank you Casa Playa for a week of relaxation and amazing memories."

"This house was perfect for our big family! Some of our favorite things were the huge pantry, ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, high chair/baby gate, covered top deck, parking, huge yard for games, PLENTY of seating areas for everyone, beach access right next to the house, beach chairs/toys provided, and so many other incredible amenities. This house truly has it all but the best part is the beautiful view of the ocean from the house! We have been coming to OBX for over 20 years and this is the first house we stayed at that had everything we needed and then some."

"This house was BEAUTIFUL. If you want a beachfront home but don’t want to pay the price for it, or if you have a large family that might want to do things other than hang out on the beach, this is the house for you. It was huge, beautiful, and had really nice beach touches. Even though it’s not beach front, it’s diagonal from the public beach access and therefore you have an easy walk to the beach AND you can see the waves and beach from the second and third balconies. Nothing cliche or gimicky decor-wise, and the furniture was really well made and fit each room. You can tell the owners spent the time and money to making it really nice. The backyard was PERFECT - a beautiful pool/patio with a whole grass field for outdoor games and being fenced in really gave us peace of mind with the little kids running around. We will absolutely stay here again."

"This vacation home is both beautiful and unique. The spacious great room can accommodate large family dinners , movie and game nights. The ocean views from the decks are amazing. With the unique wrap around deck feature you can see both sunsets and sunrises. The home also has lighthouse views. Just a short hop across the street and you’re at the ocean. The pool, hot tub and spacious yard make for wonderful family fun. House is updated and beautifully decorated. Love Casa Playa!"

"Casa Playa is beautiful and unique. It’s a great family home. The dining room table and breakfast nook provide amazing seating for a large family group. The views are amazing . The walk around deck provides sunrise views in morning and sunset views in evening, we already put an advanced hold on for next year!"
"We along with our children and grandchildren had a wonderful stay. Although the home is not oceanfront the ocean is easily seen and heard from the large deck area. The volleyball court was large enough for all 18 adults to get into a series of games every night. The youngest in our group practically lived in the pool."
