Please note that each of the master bedrooms in the guest house has a private entrance that is accessible from the covered decks on the north side of the home.

"The home was absolutely beautiful! We have stayed at many homes at OBX over the years and this was by far the nicest! It had so many special touches and lots of room for our family of 17. The kitchen was over the top amazing, well stocked and we loved the two dishwashers! Wonderful entertainment options! We would return next year but need a Sunday to Sunday rental but hope to return the following year. It was wonderful!"

"We loved everything about our stay at Captain Obvious. We were a group of 22 and never felt cramped or on top of one another. There was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We were able to have meals together daily at the huge kitchen table or have a picnic lunch down by the pool at the equally large outside table. The pool area was truly amazing and was enjoyed every day. The amenities were amazing—5 refrigerators, 4 ovens, 3 microwaves, 2 sets of washers & dryers, too many dishes to count,etc! We will definitely consider this house again for our trips to OBX."

"The view and proximity to the beach. We stayed at this house several years ago and noted the improvements made to it but it is still in need of some improvements. The house has a great layout and works very well for our family."
"The home is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Family room with lots of seating, large dining table and kitchen counter with stools are great amenities. The well stocked kitchen and first floor refrigerator added to the enjoyment of meal preparation. The pool and hot tub provided further enjoyment for the families. This year, the pool table was a hit with the younger children. We especially liked the smart TV and being able to log into our own streaming services."
