"Our favorite feature was the cozy room at the very top. Sipping a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise from there was a good start to the day. The screened in porch was nice as well."
"We love everything about this quaint home. We spent 2 weeks there in 2024 and three weeks in 2025. We would rebook it in a heartbeat but our family has grown and we need a bigger house. The walk to the beach is so easy! The neighborhood is quiet. The house offers a lot of privacy as well. Enjoy!"

The home’s amenities were great but I loved the updated bedrooms and bathrooms and the house provided beach chairs, body boards and bikes! I wish the house kept essential cooking items like seasoning and coffee filter bc I would have been happy to leave the ones we ended up purchasing."

"My family absolutely loved spending the week at Bea at the Sea. This home has everything that you need to relax…books, games, puzzles, pool table, swimming pool, hot tub and grill. It is so spacious - with the outdoor decks, screened porches, many bedrooms and levels, one could easily hideout! My favorite room was the sitting room on the top level - morning coffee with a view!"

"The house is located in a great spot, very central to shopping and only a few blocks walk to the coral ocean access point. While a few upgrades have been made to the house recently, further renovations would drastically improve the home, especially in terms of the kitchen and bathrooms."
