Recent updates for 2025 include new pool lounge chairs, fresh paint in all bedrooms and bathrooms with relaxing neutral colors, updated vanities in two ensuite baths, new light fixtures and mirrors in all bathrooms, mounted TVs in all bedrooms and upper living area, some new bedroom furniture, and new ceiling fans throughout. Planned updates for 2026 include a new outdoor dining set, game table and chairs in the media room, new seating on the covered middle deck, updated wall decor, and replacement of recessed ceiling lights throughout the house.
Relax and unwind at “Barefoot Bay” in Corolla! Located just three houses back from the beach, horizon ocean views are yours to enjoy throughout your stay at this well-appointed vacation home. With eight bedrooms and spacious common areas, inside and outside, there is plenty of room for your entire family.
Gather together in the great room on the third floor of the home, which includes the living area, kitchen, and dining area. Relax together in the comfortably furnished living area and catch up with family or watch your favorite TV show. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, and two dishwashers are a huge help when it’s time to clean up. Two large dinette sets are available in the dining area nearby. When you wake up early in the morning, grab your coffee and go to the rooftop deck to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. Back inside, there are two master bedrooms on the top level, both have private bathrooms and one includes access to a private deck as well as having a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom completes the third floor of the home.
On the middle level, discover five more bedrooms:Three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and two having relaxing whirlpool tubs. One of these master bedrooms opens to a private deck, while another has access to the shared deck with hot tub. Two additional bedrooms complete the second level, one with a semi-private full bathroom and the other has access to the shared deck with hot tub. Two laundry facilities are also conveniently located on the second level. Outside, on the covered deck, indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub or enjoy the refreshing summer breeze on the hammock or swing.
The final bedroom can be found on the ground floor with two bunk sets, and access to a semi-private full bathroom. The spacious rec room includes a living area with a TV and a gaming area with a pool table. Stock the refrigerator in the wet bar, so snacks and cold drinks can be readily available.
Just outside, make a splash in the large refreshing private pool. When you’re ready to take a break, head over to the tiki bar nearby. The active folks in your group will love shooting hoops at the basketball goal in the driveway, playing volleyball on the court in the front yard, or playing pickleball on the home’s private court. When you’re ready to go to the beach, the community walkway is just two houses south. With a location in the heart of Corolla, many shopping, entertainment, and dining options are within a bike ride or a short drive of the home.
