"We love the quiet location of Summerbreeze. It has nice ocean views and very little traffic on the street. The pool area is very nice and the hot tub is in perfect condition with an easy-open cover. "My son-in-law liked the house better than the last 4 houses that we have stayed in. My daughter-in-law liked that there was a beach pathway that she could get to the beach quickly to take pictures. The carpet on the stairs being cleaned the day that we arrived was nice (even though it meant early check in wasn't available). Being able to view the ocean from the front decks was nice. Having a deck on the master bedroom & 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor was nice. Also having a deck on the sound side was nice. If you wanted shade, you could go on the deck in the back in the morning & deck in the front in the evening. My son-in-law liked the flooring. My son-in-law liked the nice chairs on the front top deck. A 2nd refrigerator is helpful when there will be 9 people for 3 meals a day for a week."

"Beautiful home. Decorated very beachy. Well stocked kitchen and bedrooms were perfect for us. We used public beach access because the path beach access across from the house was very steep and hard to do. The hot tub was not working and unfortunately wasn't fixed before we left. I would definitely recommend Summerbreeze."
