The spacious great room invites you and your group to unwind together, with large windows filling the space with natural light. The living area is perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up after a day in the sun, while two nearby dining areas provide plenty of space for shared meals. In the kitchen, modern appliances and ample counter space make cooking a breeze, whether preparing a hearty breakfast before the beach or a seafood feast in the evening. Step outside onto the deck to sip morning coffee as you enjoy the salty ocean breeze, or gather in the evening for stargazing. The den on the ground floor serves as a second living area, and is the perfect place for the kids in your group to gather and unwind together.
Outside, the private saltwater pool offers a cool and inviting spot to relax between beach trips. Lounge poolside with a book or float the afternoon away in the sunshine. After dark, the hot tub is ready for a soothing soak, a peaceful end to another perfect vacation day.
The home’s bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy, giving everyone in the group a relaxing place to recharge after a day of fun. Each room features fun, coastal décor and soft touches that make the space feel calm and inviting. The bedroom on the third floor includes an ensuite bathroom. Two additional ensuite bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the middle level share a bathroom between them. A full bathroom on the ground floor and a half bathroom on the top floor are conveniently situated.
In addition to the amenities at the home, you’ll also enjoy access to the Villages at Ocean Hill community amenities, oceanfront and soundside pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, catch-and-release fishing lake, fitness center (for a fee), and walking/biking paths.
