Thank you for your comments. We are working to update the house yearly. Next is the patio, where we are looking to build outdoor kitchen/bar area and resurface patio

Karen Thank you for your comments, and issues highlighted were, or are, being addressed 1: Grill - We replace the grill yearly. We were hoping to have an outdoor bbq/bar area installed for this season, but could not get it done. I am replacing the grill next week, and hopefully will have the bbq area built for next season 2: Outdoor top-deck furniture is all being replaced next week 3: Thank you for heads up on ant issue. We have a work order in place for spraying Thanks again
"We loved the home. The space and amount of rooms was perfect for our first family vacation. The ocean view and sunrise was surreal. We loved it so much, we extended our one week stay to two weeks. We plan to continue our yearly visit in this house."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much we reserved another stay next year before pulling out of the driveway. The endless views of the ocean from the main living level created such tranquility to our stay. The private walkway to the beach was most appreciated with 4 toddlers in tow. The home was well equipped and as always Twiddy did a great job meeting our expectations when needed."

"Spacious open top level with kitchen, dining, family room. Well stocked kitchen, lots of games, books, and game room available just in case the weather doesn't cooperate. Beautifully renovated master bath. Was our return visit because it is a beautiful well maintained property."

"Beautiful home with spacious rooms, comfy beds, open floor plan and amazing ocean views. Watched dolphins from deck as well as beautiful sunrises. Pool is nice size. The pool and hot tub were cleaned and serviced twice during our stay. We loved the poolside chairs and table, and we enjoyed eating lunch poolside each day at the shaded table. We were delighted to find a second full size refrigerator on the entry level. The house was clean upon our arrival, We had a couple maintenance issues, but Twiddy resolved them very quickly and professionally."
"Very nice home, great location just walking distance to the wild horse beaches. Spacious living quarters, comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities. Only downside is not really suitable for elderly individuals because have to be willing to climb many steps. Three stories with main master bedroom, living-room and dining area all location on third floor level."
"It was close to the beach. The house was great, windows everywhere! Twiddy was great, if anything that wasn't quite right it only took a phone call and it was taken care of. I done reserved for next year."

Our two young grandchildren were shivering in the pool after a few minutes. The house served us well this year. Unfortunately we need a larger house for next year."
"The location of Mustang Moon is right on the beach. Lovely view from windows. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor as is the master bedroom so lots of lugging if you cook your entire stay. The house needs a little TLC going into 2022. I suggest the new owners stay in the home for a week and they will know. Also, weeding to the front and back yard. Whatever house you rent, Twiddy is the company to rent from."
"2nd year at Mustang Moon, we love the location, the beach is not crowded at all. The home is very big with lots of room to spread out if that's what you want. As I said last year, it's not the newest house in the outer banks, but for us it's nearly perfect. Already booked for next year."
"The best part of the house was it's easy access to the ocean! Close enough and lucky enough to see the wild horse a semi-short walk down the beach. The house was beginning to see some wear and tear (flooring). One rocking chair on deck was broken, one futon also broken. Ice machine was out of order, but Twiddy did bring bags of ice after we asked them to. Pool area was nice as was the hot tub."

"A magnificent property. We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 kids) sleep very comfortably. 3 King size bedroom suites. A gorgeous pool and hot tub. Beautiful views of the ocean and within walking distance of the wild horses. It promotes fun family time. The house is a bit weathered, but very comfortable."
